Startup consulting

Startup consulting that
doesn't stop at consulting.

Sometimes you need a sparring partner. Sometimes you need someone to take the idea all the way into the market. We can do either — without leaving you with a deck and a list of people to hire.

FAQ

Straight answers.

  1. Is this coaching?

No. We can spar and advise, but the difference is that we can carry the decisions into brand, product, software and launch.
  2. Do you take equity?

No. Klein & Laut works for a fee. Your company and product remain yours.
  3. Do I need a co-founder or CTO first?

Not necessarily. We can get to a real first product and evidence before you decide what permanent team you need.

Bring us the idea. It does not need to be tidy yet.

We'll tell you what we'd build, what we wouldn't build yet — and whether we're the right fit.
