Klein & Laut is a founder studio. You bring the idea. We take it from there — from business and brand to a working venture.

Sound familiar?
A · On your own
You've carried it around for months. Notes, a deck, maybe a first sketch. But the tech feels like another language. And a whole team is out of reach.

The customer need is real and there's budget. But IT is booked, hiring is slow, and a big agency brings a lot of machinery before anything is proven.
For companies →Either way, we take it from here. One part, or all the way to a live venture.
From idea to working venture
We work out the business, shape the product and brand, build it and get it into the market.

Things we've built. All live, all in use.

Who you work with
Hi, I’m Anna. I’ve always been the person who hears “someone should build that” and immediately starts wondering how.
For more than 20 years, I’ve moved between brand, business, product and building. I spent 13 of those years running my own company — which meant everything from products and suppliers to shops, websites, customers, emails and all the decidedly unglamorous bits in between.
That’s probably why Klein & Laut exists. I love taking an early, slightly messy idea, finding the business inside it and turning it into something real people can actually use.
And because I’ve sat on the founder side of the table myself, I care about the whole thing. Not just whether it looks good on a screen — but whether it makes sense, works in real life and is something you can actually run once it’s built.
