What we did: Our own venture. Business model, product and the full build.
What we built: Members, hosts, clubs, live video, payments, payouts and admin.

02 · Simple product

A pension application, made simple.

The opportunity: Over a million people retire in Germany each year. They want clarity at a fair price.
What we did: Our own venture. Strategy, questionnaire logic, build, running it.
What we built: Seven friendly steps, payment and a personal 15+ page plan, sent in seconds.

03 · Marketplace

A picnic service, turned into a marketplace.

The opportunity: A lovely local idea, ready to grow into a business that runs itself.
What we did: Payment model, product and build for the client.
What we built: Booking, real availability, payments, café tools, automatic emails and one admin.
Where it is now: Live in six cities. The client runs it herself.

04 · Physical brand

An organic baby brand, built from scratch.

The opportunity: Organic baby products that look good. In 2011 that barely existed.
What we did: Founder and CEO for 13 years. Brand, product, supply chain, sales, team.
What we built: Clothes, toys and gear in 1,600+ shops and an online store with 250,000+ customers.
Where it is now: Still live. Run by a team Anna built.
